Each year we run a Member Reward Program that runs from 1st January to the date of the annual Christmas Dance Party.

Make sure you’ve been issued with your Rewards Card and start collecting stamps at classes now! 

• Receive one stamp for every class you attend (not valid in conjunction with free class offers)
• After ONE STAMP, beginners are eligible for a 40% discount on our Beginner Instructional DVD (RRP $45)
• After SEVEN STAMPS, you are eligible for 40% off the full price of any instructional DVD from our collection.
• After the card is complete with all stamps, hand it in for your FREE CLASS!
• Fantastic prizes to be won in our annual promotion – including the ultimate prize, a YEAR OF FREE CEROC!

WHAT YOU CAN WIN!

Our annual promotion ends each year with an announcement of the top three cardholders who have handed in the highest number of completed Rewards Cards. 
1st Prize:  One Year VIP membership, including free entry to all classes, and 20% off all full price instructional DVDs and merchandise. PLUS free entry to dance parties.  Valued at over $1000 !
2nd Prize:  One Month VIP membership, including free entry to all classes, and 20% off dance parties and full price instructional DVDs and merchandise.  PLUS a $150 voucher to spend on full price merchandise.  Valued at $235 !
3rd Prize:  One Month VIP membership, including free entry to all classes, and 20% off dance parties and full price instructional DVDs and merchandise.  PLUS a $100 voucher to spend on full price merchandise.  Valued at $185 !
Winners will be announced at the Christmas Dance Party in the current year of the promotion.  Winners must be present at the time of the announcement to claim their prize.
Plus, every Reward Card that has been handed in during the year will be in the draw on the night for random spot prizes – you need to be there to win them!

Here’s three easy ways you can save money at classes through spreading the word of Ceroc and inviting your friends along to classes!

Bring a friend who’s never been before and you’ll get $5 off the full price casual entry that night.  Bring two friends and you’ll get $10 off.  Bring three friends and your night is free! Discount available on casual entry that night only.  Also valid at dance parties.

Get one extra stamp on your Rewards Card for every first timer you bring with you, speeding up your journey to the big end of year prizes and free classes!  (Not applicable at dance parties)

Share the Passion – ask us for referral cards that you can carry with you when you’re out social dancing.  Put your name on the card and if the new person hands it in when they come along for the first time, we’ll contact you and arrange your $5 discount on your next casual class entry.

Member Rewards Program Conditions:

• Rewards cards cannot be stamped or redeemed at dance parties.
• Rewards cards are not transferable.
• Rewards cards are not replaceable if lost or stolen.
• Rewards cards will only be stamped during the applicable calendar year stated on the card.  Stamps cannot be transferred from year to year.
• Free class rewards may be used up until 31st January of the following year.
• Rewards cards handed in without a fully completed first name and surname will not be considered for the annual promotion prizes.
• Rewards cards must be handed in at classes no later than the Thursday prior to the annual Christmas Dance Party to qualify for the annual promotion prizes.  Cards handed in on the day will not be considered.
• In the case where the cardholder has not yet used their free class on a completed Rewards Card, they must nevertheless hand it in by the due date in order to qualify for the annual promotion prizes.  At this time they will be issued with a substitute free pass for use until the 31st of the following January.
• Winners of the annual promotion must be present at the Christmas Dance Party to claim their prize.
• Winners of the annual promotion are the top three people with the highest number of full cards handed in, all fully completed with their first name and surname. In the case of a tie, partially completed cards will be considered. (Please note that any green 2008 Beginner Rewards Cards are counted as 6 stamps, not full cards.) If this still results in a tie, (and all winners in that tie are present at the Christmas Dance Party), the prize will be evenly divided between the winners.
• Prizes and benefits are not transferable.
• VIP membership prizes must start no later than 31st January of the year following the prize being won. Not exchangeable for cash or other products/services.
• Merchandise voucher prizes must be used by 31st January of the year following the prize being won, on full price merchandise and DVDs.  Not valid with any other offer. Not exchangeable for cash or other products/services.
• Management reserves the right to withdraw the promotion at any time.
• Management reserves the right to confiscate any Reward Card deemed to be altered or misused.
